Notice of Workshop

The Board of Supervisors of The Groves Community Development District will hold a workshop on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at The Groves Civic Center located at 7924 Melogold Circle, Land O’ Lakes, Florida, 34637. The purpose of the workshop is to discuss Capital Projects and improvements for the Community and any other business which may properly come before the Board.
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Manager’s Office during regular business hours at 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa FL 33607, or at 656-223-7658, or by accessing the District’s website at https://www.thegrovescdd.org/.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place approved by the Board on the record at the workshop without additional publication of notice.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the workshop. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
