NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December17, 2025 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 20th day of January, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer at least five days prior to the date of this sale.
