NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 30, 2025 in Case No. 2025 CA 003097 SC of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE TOWNS AT LAKESIDE ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES OR DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF ELAINE E. JOYNER, MALAINA CHAPMAN, GERMARLON BROADNAX are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com Sarasota County, Florida, at 9:00 A.M. on the 29TH day of JANUARY, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 195, TOWNS AT LAKESIDE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 38, 38A through 38D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
