NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on the 19th day of November, 2025 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in Civil Case No. 25-CA-360, and recorded on 12/2/2025 in instrument number 6758151 OR 6531, PG 455,
I, Collier County Clerk, State of Florida, shall hold for sale at public auction the following property:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK E, SABAL SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Instrument number 6073418, more commonly known as 3467 Bayshore Dr., Naples, FL 34112
The public auction will take place as follows : On the 29th day of January, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EST, or shortly thereafter, I will offer for sale all of the defendant’s right, title and interest in aforesaid property including the building, attachments, appurtenances, and fixtures located there in, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Building L, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest on the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as to the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
