NOTICE OF MEETING
STONELAKE RANCH
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors Meeting of the Stonelake Ranch Community Development District is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lake Lodge, 10820 Eagle Roost Cove, Thonotosassa, Florida 33592.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for each meeting can be found on the District’s website at www.stonelakeranchcdd.org or by phoning the District’s Management office at (954) 658-4900.

The meeting may be cancelled or continued to a date, time and location specified on the record at the meeting.

In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations or an interpreter to participate at these meetings should contact the District Manager at (954) 658-4900 at least five (5) days prior to the date of the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1-800-955-8770, for assistance in contacting the District Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
