BAND, an individual, and MARIANNE SIEGAL, an individual, Plaintiffs, and MICHAEL CORY, a/k/a MICHAEL GERSTENFELD, Defendant, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. a.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment Of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
