The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA ANGEL COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://manatee.realforeclose.com on March 10, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2, UNIT 3, LAKE PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL FURNITURE AND FURNISHINGS THEREIN.
and commonly known as: 924 31ST STREET E., PALMETTO, FL 34221 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
