YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you seeking to quiet title and for deed reformation related to the following described real property located at 6116 Chancey Road, Tampa, Florida, in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The West 227.86 feet of Tract 15, North of the Canal in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, in SOUTH TAMPA, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and
The South 88.53 feet of the West 227.86 feet of Tract 10, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, in SOUTH TAMPA, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CHRISTINA A. HUCKFELDT, STINSON LLP, the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose email address is [email protected] and address is 100 South Ashley Drive, Suite 500, Tampa, Florida 33602, Telephone: (813) 534-7337, on or before February 20, 2026, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 or Clerk of the Circuit Court P.O. Box 3360, Tampa, FL, 33601, either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
