NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2025, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 24-004160-CI, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and SHANNON LEE QUINLAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON LEE QUINLAN, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on February 17, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
