NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-003309-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MSR Asset Vehicle LLC, is Plaintiff and Joshua W. Prutting; Unknown Spouse of Joshua W. Prutting; Windmill Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 25 AND 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF GREENSPACE PARCEL NO. 2, BEING CONTIGUOUS TO LOT 4, BLOCK 1, OF WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 25 AND 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, OF SAID WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE UNIT TWO, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, PROCEED NORTH 72 DEGREES 00’ WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 65.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 18 DEGREES 00’ WEST, A DISTANCE OF 70.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 72 DEGREES 00’ EAST, A DISTANCE OF 65.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH 18 DEGREES 00’ EAST, A DISTANCE OF 70.21 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
