That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit No. 1901. together with appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium of LAUREL OAKS AT COUNTRY WOODS CONDOMINIUM XIX, and related documents as recorded in Official Records Book 6783, Pages 583 through 632, amended thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 100, Pages 61 through 64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, LARUEL OAKS AT COUNTRY WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. v. NANCY N. FELTEN, (DECEASED) TRUSTEE OF THE NANCY N. FELTEN TRUST AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST NANCY N. FELTEN and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
