NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 8, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-001920, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF BRAVO RESIDENTIAL FUNDING TRUST 2023-NQM7 is Plaintiff and MARIANNE HERRERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF
MARIANNE HERRERA; ISAAC DIAZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISAAC DIAZ; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PREFERRED CREDIT, INC.; are defendants. KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on February 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 57 AND 58, BLOCK 3937, CAPE CORAL UNIT 54, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 79 THROUGH 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
