NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in Case No. 2025 10862 CICI on December 10, 2025, in the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein Ybor Private Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff, and RE Equity Investment Group LLC, Defendant, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Volusia County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of January 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, except the North 25 feet of the West 60 feet thereof, and except the North 20 feet of the East 40 feet thereof, and all of Lot 3, and all of Lot 12, and all of Lot 13, except the West 5 feet of the North 20 feet thereof, and all of Lot 14, except the West 5 feet thereof, Block 9, ALLANDALE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 4, Page 146, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida. Together with that portion of the Easterly 1/2 of Allan Avenue vacated in Deed Book 419, Page 139, Public Records of Volusia County, Florida, as adjoins said property.
