MUNOZ and CITY OF ORLANDO are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Orange County, at www.orange.realforeclose.com , on FEBRUARY 04, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
