NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 6, 2025 and entered in Case No. 532025CA002079A000BA, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF BARCLAYS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2023-NQM3 is Plaintiff and SOCORRO M. RAMIREZ; MANUEL CEFRINO; CIMBERLY K. HARRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on February 4, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
