YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Supplemental Petition for Modification of Parenting Plan has been filed against you, and that you are required to serve a copy of your Response or Pleading to the Complaint upon the Petitioner’s attorney, Monica Villaverde, 1990 Main Street, Suite 725., Sarasota, Florida, 34236, and file the original Response or Pleading in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on or before the 17 day of February 17, 2026. If you fail to do so, a Default Judgment will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
