YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking foreclosure of a claim of lien and damages relating to real property located at 507 Cheval Drive, Venice, Sarasota County, Florida 34292, which is legally described as follows:
Lot 391, Amended Plat of Venice Golf & Country Club, Unit No. III-A-2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 36, pages 1, 1A through 1D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff’s Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams & Reese LLP, 2001 Siesta Drive, Suite 302, Sarasota, Florida 34239 on or before February 17, 2026 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
