The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on February 10, 2026 at 11:00am the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “A”, GULF SIDE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 63 AND 63A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7814 AKRON AVENUE, HUDSON, FL 34667 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
