Bowns, Jr.; International Bass Lake Resort Homeowners’ Association, Inc. a/k/a International Bass Lake Resort Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
