Rushing, Clerk of this Court will sell the property at public sale, to the highest bidder, in the Sarasota County Courthouse, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on February 13, 2026 situated in Sarasota County, Florida, with the property address 1734 Wisconsin Lane, Sarasota, FL 34239 (the “Property”), as more fully described below:
