NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on January 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 001761 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein IAUCTION THREE LLC AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 8, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK C, CLARK MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3801 CLOVER LANE, SARASOTA, FL 34233 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
