Murdock, Nancie Murdock aka Nancie L. Murdock , United States of America Acting through Federal Housing Commissioner, Mt. Olive Shores North Owners' Association, Inc, Aqua Finance, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the January 27, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
