Rushing, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on FEBRUARY 11, 2026 at 9:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12178 AND 12179, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 46, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
