LAVELLE AND ROXANN LAVELLE, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, Victor Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on FEBRUARY 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
