NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of January 2026, in Case No. 2025 CA 002260 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein MARLIN MORTGAGE CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff STEVEN A. COOPER A/K/A STEVEN ANDREW COOPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN A. COOPER A/K/A STEVEN ANDREW COOPER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Karen E. Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of February 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
