The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR CRIST, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on March 17, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 50.00 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 34, MAP OF CAMPOBELLO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 29 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2601 E 25TH AVE, TAMPA, FL 33605 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
