Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicles without judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Lien claimed by lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to FL Statute section 713.585.
