You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: RICHARD M. RICCIARDI, JR., ESQUIRE of YOUR ADVOCATES, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before February 18, 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
