NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Rest Foreclosure sale entered on January 12, 206, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 26, 2025, in Case No. 25-CA-001810 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF SHIRLEY ANN BOWDLER, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHIRLEY ANN BOWDLER, SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, STORM SMART BUILDING SYSTEMS LLC, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY ANN BOWDLER are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 26th day of February, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 1815, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 TO 134, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 112 SW 38TH TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
