NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of University Village Community Development District (“District”) has scheduled a special meeting on January 27, 2026 at 11:30 a.m., at Miromar Development Corporation, 10801 Corkscrew Road, Suite 305, Estero, FL, 33928. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to discuss a letter received by the District from South Florida Water Management District, reports on the area, and proposals associated with corrective actions.
The Special Meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. A copy of the agenda may be obtained on the District’s Website 7 days in advance of the meeting at universityvillagecdd.net or by telephone or e-mail from the offices of the District Manager, c/o Premier District Management (“District Manager’s Office”) during normal business hours: 239-690-7100; [email protected]. The Special Meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at such meeting.
There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District staff may participate by speaker telephone or other remote communications technologies. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Manager’s Office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the Special Meeting is advised that such person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
