YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in Oasis Mobile Home Park, which is located in Pinellas County, Florida and which is more fully described as:
Unit/Lot No. 73 of OASIS MOBILE PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 8941, Page 2076, and as amended in Official Records Book 14994, Page 1144, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with 1958 Tamp mobile home, vehicle identification number(s) 583610332, title number(s) 8578686, commonly known as 12766 Seminole Blvd.,# 73, Largo, FL 33778, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the said Master Occupancy Agreement, which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the originals of which are maintained in the office of the Association at 12766 Seminole Blvd., Largo, FL 33778. The Unit Owner is the owner of appurtenant Stock Certificate# 248, of Oasis Home Owners’, Inc.

together with an equity owned in said unit or any assets of the Association, including a Membership Certificate representing one (1) share in the Association, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant to.
This action has been filed against you as the Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Plaintiff attorney, whose address is: Karen E. Maller, Esq., Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP, 360 Central Avenue, Suite 500, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
