NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-003313-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Finance of America Reverse LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sheila M. Kilmartin aka Sheila Kilmartin, United States of America Acting through Commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the February 3, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
