NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000711 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 18, Block A1, HERITAGE COVE PHASE I, a subdivision, according to the plat hereof, recorded in Plat Book 64, Pages 90 through 100, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
