NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure electronically conformed January 12, 2026 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2025-CC-006576-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PALM BEACH OF INDIAN SHORES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ZBIGNIEW SMAGA and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 202 PALM BEACH OF INDIAN SHORES A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131 PAGE 35 ET SEQ AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 13314 PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on March 26, 2026. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
