NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-007861 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Douglas L. Henderson a/k/a Douglas L. Henderson II; Carlotta P. Crooms; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; City of Orlando, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SOUTH 121 FEET OF LOT 25 (LESS RW ON SOUTH), HILLCREST HEIGHTS SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “J”, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
