NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24001935CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. HAMILTON; SHERRY HAMILTON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, are Defendants, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 18, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
