Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, Case No. 2025-CC-001659 the Clerk of the Court, Manatee County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
