Final Judgment was awarded on December 29, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001182, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY E. WILLIAMS A/K/A DOROTHY WILLIAMS A/K/A DOROTHY; BRIAN D. WILLIAMS; DEBRA WILLIAMS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; IBIS POINTE II AT CARLTON LAKES, INC.; CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on February 19, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D-14-102, IBIS POINTE II AT CARLTON LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2760, PAGE 0074, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
