NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on December 31, 2025 and entered in Case No. 532024CA002146000000 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DOROTHY RICHARDSON (DECEASED), are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on February 16, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 197, OF LAKESIDE HILLS ESTATES, PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1007 CASSANDRA LN, LAKELAND, FL 33809 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
