KHALIFA DERBALA; ROSEANNE CHIARAMONTE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
