NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024CA000911CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Mahmoud Faria; Doa Kahala; Watergrass Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 24th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 39, WATERGRASS PARCEL DD-1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
