NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of January, 2026 in CASE NO.: 25-CA-010214 of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SKYWAY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC. is the Plaintiff and FABI FABI TAQUERO, LLC., a Florida limited liability company, FLAVIANO MEJIA TREJO, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND ANY KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, VICTOR CRIST, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on MARCH 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon possible thereafter, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
