SOULIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARTHUR E. SOULIS; NEVA D. SOULIS and LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are Defendants, I, Kevin C Karnes, the Lee County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.lee.real foreclose.com/ at 9:00 A.M. on March 5, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 45 S., RANGE 27 E., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
