NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on January 13, 2026, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 20, 2025, in Case No. 25-CA-001353 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and : CATALINA LINDO GEORGE A/K/A CATALINA LINDO GEORGE KIRKPATRICK AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRIAN RAYMOND KIRKPATRICK A/K/A BRIAN R. KIRKPATRICK, CATALINA LINDO GEORGE A/K/A CATALINA LINDO GEORGE KIRKPATRICK,JENNIFER MARIE KIRKPATRICK, KENNETH LINGLEY, SUE LINGLEY, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BRIAN RAYMOND KIRKPATRICK A/K/A BRIAN R. KIRKPATRICK, and AQUA FINANCE, INC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee. realforeclose.com on the 5th day of March, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
