Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 13th day of January, 2026, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 25-CA-1761,wherein BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT, INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and NANCY J. LEIER and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on May 14, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 605, THE BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, PHASE IV, a Condominium, together with all common elements appurtenant thereto, pursuant to the Declaration Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1384, Page 1689, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
