NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 103, of SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM #2, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3316, Page 809, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Page 56, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with Carport Space No. 25 as shown on the Condominium Plat described herein, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1001 Pearce Dr., #103, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 26, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
