NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-002389-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-C, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Carolyn Maratea a/k/a Carolyn Brown-Maratea a/k/a Carolyn R. Brown Maratea; Bob’s Quality Roofing, Inc. a/k/a Bob’s Quality Roofing, “LLC” are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK “C”, ROSEDALE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 67. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
