NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered March 6, 2025, and the “Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on January 18, 2026, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of March, 2026:
