NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-005812-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and RICKIE ROSS; NEVA ROSS; HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF MIDDLECREEK, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of March, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, MIDDLECREEK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
