NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 13, 2026, and entered in 25-008352-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Drew Roofing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Juanita Suber is the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Pinellas.RealForeclose.com, at 10:00 AM ET, on February 18, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
